Over the years, we’ve had countless heartfelt conversations women about the changes that come with this transformative phase of life. From these discussions and our own experiences, we’ve recognized a significant gap in healthcare: a lack of compassionate, comprehensive support for navigating the perimenopausal years.

With this understanding, we are driven to reshape how women approach their wellness, strength, and vitality. We believe this stage of life is a time to thrive—not just endure. Our mission is to empower every woman to embrace her prime with confidence, energy, and joy.

At HerPrime, we take the time to deeply understand you. Our 75-minute initial consultation allows us to listen, learn, and develop a personalized care plan tailored to your concerns and goals. We offer evidence-based medical solutions, including hormone therapy, individualized lifestyle recommendations, and other pharmacologic options. We also work to dispel myths and provide clarity around hormone therapy, empowering you with the knowledge to make informed decisions about your health.

Our comprehensive care addresses a range of midlife health concerns, including:
